Starting with the perfect vendors, we will work together from start to finish, ensuring that your special day is cohesive, personal and unique. Planning takes time and can become overwhelming with so many routes to explore before the big day. We give our clients options, lend our ears and listen well. We believe planning and design are inseparable. Design effects more than ambiance, it effects production, the guest experience, flow and service. If you want your wedding to be the best wedding you have ever attended, full planning is your insurance and the best gift you can give yourselves!

 

Partial Wedding Planning and Event Design

Rates Starting at $4,000

For the couple that has already started planning but needs some help to book additional vendors, create a design plan and or tie up loose ends. Partial wedding planning and design allows you to select which services you require help with and which ones you’ll handle on your own. Let us take care of as much or as little of the planning as you need! If you have booked most of your vendors but need help finding the rest we are happy to make that happen. Feeling stuck creatively, we can help with the design. Month of / Day of wedding coordination is included in this package.

 

Day of Coordination

rates starting at $1,800

For the couple who has overseen details of planning the wedding. Your initial consultation will be two month prior to your wedding day. At this time, your coordinator will finalize all logistics with vendors, assist in planning all aspects of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, and create a detailed wedding day itinerary for all vendors, family members, and the bridal party to ensure that your wedding day flows smoothly.
